December 2004 • Meet Dinky!
Good things do come in small packages! This sweet dachshund may be over 15, but he is always full of energy and ready for a walk. Indoor fetch is his favorite game, but nothing makes this boy happier then treats! He can even serve himself! Just lower the treat bag and he will stick his head in and help himself to one. So cute! We love to visit this hot dog when his Dads are out of town!

 

November 2004 • Meet Roswell, Moz, Atlantis and Eno!
Talk about your Cat(s) House! Roswell, Moz and Atlantis have been together for years and Baby Eno is a recent rescue. Four different cats, four different personalities, and eight ears to scratch! This is also the place to be for neighborhood cats. Their Mom takes care of several feral cats in the neighborhood. The foursome in the house and the outdoor feral cats are all very loved by their Mom and Dad. When Mom and Dad go away we love to take care of all the whiskers at this house.

 

October 2004 • Meet Tucker!
This shy guy is even sweeter then he looks. This Border Collie is timid and shy 99% of the time. Birds? No reaction. Cats? No reaction. Squirrels? No reaction. But a car with a muffler problem- watch out! He protects all he loves from any car that makes noise. It's just the Collie in him! But it makes walking with him a lot of fun! He loves belly rubs on the kitchen floor. LOVES them! He is a sweet boy who is well known in his neighborhood. We love to visit this sweet guy!

 

September 2004 • Meet Bruin & Lucy
These two are as much fun as a barrel of...well Shelties! They love to run around their beautiful english garden. Their favorite thing is fetch! Squeaky toys, balls, or rope toys it doesn't matter what you throw, they will bring it back again, and again, and again, and again! Bruin is the big brother and Lucy is the petite girly girl. Their bird brother, Curly sings beautifully. When we first met this family they also had a sweet brother, Puccini who now looks down at his family as they play. Lucy, Bruin and Curly are a real treat to visit.

 

August 2004 • Meet Daphney and Remo!
Talk about big and little! Daphney is a tiny Brussels Griffon and Remo is a grand Bouvier de Flandres. This pair has been together for almost a decade - since Daphney was a tiny pup. They spend their days greeting everyone who passes in front of their feced-in yard. They love to go on walks, Remo takes things slow but when you've ben around over 14 years you are allowed to stroll. They are a lot of fun for their sitter!

 

July 2004 • Meet Miles and Sophie!
This feline duo are as sweet as they look. Miles loves cuddling and dinner, Sophie is a little shy, but she loves cuddle time, too. They are indoor cats, but each evening they have a little outdoor time. They love to explore in the courtyard and watch birds. They enjoy big stretches and lounging in the shade. There Mom and Dad call them indoors with dinner, which always brings them running. They are a sweet treat for their sitter.

 

June 2004 • Meet Hans and Brown Dog (and Tica)!
This energetic duo are as fun as they look. hans is a shepherd mix and one of the most active senior dog we have ever seen. it may be that keeping up with Brown Dog keeps him so young. Brown Dog is a pit-terrier mix and is one bundle of joy! She was rescued by her Dad in Griffith Park. They both love walks and helping their Dad in his beautiful garden. They love to play with their cat sibling Tica. Tica does her best to teach the dogs how to play nice. Tica and Brown Dog are couch buddies. Tica is a little camera shy, but trust us she is a beauty! All three are a lot of fun for their sitter.

 

May 2004 • Meet Angus and Paddy!
These Irish Eyes are smiling! Angus is an energetic Jack Russell (aren't they all) who will fetch the same toy until there is almost nothing left to fetch. Paddy will play with any toy and this beautiful black Shepard is a real cuddle bug. Their special treat is spaghetti, a homemade treat from their Mom, and they love walks with their Dad. These Encino dogs are a real delight for their sitter!

 

April 2004 • Meet Sydney and Jack!
This energetic duo love to play in their yard and love to go to the beach. Sydney is a Shepherd mix and jack is an Australian Shepherd mix. Sydney loves the soccer ball, as you can see in this photo and Jack likes to chase tennis balls and Sydney. Their Mom and Dad have a lot of fun with these two happy dogs. Their sitter loves to play and cuddle with these two sweethearts.

 

March 2004 • Meet Hugo, Otis and Dobby!
Hugo and Otis are international dogs. They have lived in Mexico with their Mom and Dad and now live in Silver Lake. Hugo is a sweet Chihuahua who loves to greet people and dogs at the gate of the dog park. Otis is all about the balls, this happy Bull Terrier has a little O.C.D. when it comes to tennis balls. Dobby is a hairless Chihuahua who joined the family for foster care. Dobby loves to be held and has overcome many obstacles to be a happy, healthy pup. He was recently adopted and is getting the royal treatment from his new Dad. All three are as sweet as they look and a lot of fun for their sitter!

 

February 2004 • Meet Crystal!
This shy kitty takes her time getting to know you, but when she does it's a lot of fun. She loves to chase after the laser pointer and a little cuddle time. She enjoys napping in her Mom's closet and a little tuna in the afternoon. Her sitter loves to visit this sweet girl.

 

January 2004 • Meet Klute!
This east coast transplant has been soaking up the California sun for over a year now. He loves long walks, treats and meeting up with other dogs. he may be a "low rider" but he is known for getting anything he wants off the dining room table or kitchen counters. He is always great fun for his sitter.
